You are misinterpreting what I am saying. While many high end Tx's will give you the ability to adjust the frame rate settings, there is no guarantee that is the actual frame rate without using PPM monitor to measure the actual frame rate from the Rx. The quality of the components in a given Rx will be limited to what the frame rate actually measures where the Rx is the limiting variable. I already explained this in my very first response in this thread comparing KO Propo branded Rx's with Dasmikro... the Tx is going to try to get the best frame rate, but when it binds with the Rx, it will be limited to whatever frame rate the Rx can support, simple as that.
