Overall, I don't think we can compare the price of electronics today vs 20 years ago. A $150 ESC 20 years ago has less features than a $75 ESC today. Same with servos and batteries. I remember paying $100 for an SCR 1700mah matched battery over 20 years ago. That battery isn't worth the box in came in when you compare it to a $100 battery today.

Either way. we might have gone way off topic to beat a dead horse. The RC10T4 is a great truck and I would love to have one. I just don't like that they didn't add wheels and a shell. Seems like a pretty chintzy move to me. Chintzy as is "cheap" and not "shiny."
