The protek can charge with 100 watt power (just download the manual if it is also on its internal PSU)
It can always charge the maximum cells as listed in the specs. But power = voltage x current

If you have a 6S Lipo (25.2v) then with 100 wat max power the current will be limited to 100w / 25v = 4A and so you will never get to the 10A. With 2S you will get the 10A max and wit 3S you are limited to about 8A
