You probably solved this by now but what firmware are you currently on? It could be the firmware you are on is too old to work with the new assistant tool so you may need to update to the current FW first despite the fact that you will loose your model setups.
I have the same issue as mine is on 2.0.85. How do I update to 2.0.100 as the firmware update exe cannot see my NB4? I've restarted my PC with it connected while on, off and every combination in between. The old assistant 1.0 can see my NB4 and backup my models, but the new assistant and firmware updater can't see it? Any ideas please?
