Depends on the brand honestly. I've seen some brands run just as fine but others break on the bead of glue during 45 min final. I've run enough pre-glued tires and advise strongly against running them. You never know who glued the tires and how they've done it. Also sometimes we prefer to cut the inserts to make a softer feel on the mid section of the tire so with pre-glued tires you have no option to do so.

Long story short, spend a little extra time and effort gluing your own tires and save yourself a headache.
