I don't know how small those thingys are but if they're small enough I think I'd try them before I drilled the head off. Might just work. You can still drill the head off if they didn't work. I've seen them advertised but not seen them in real life. Kinda thought they were a gimic but don't know for sure. I've got some real small easy outs but being as small as they are they are a tad brittle and you don't want one broken off in the hole. At that point you're truly screwed. I buy tools I don't need all the time. I love tools.
