Round 4 SACC Track Dec 11th 2022
Its the beginning of the end for a very very successful year for Xpress x ORCA Championship. We have arrived at the last and final round for our championship for our 2022 campaign. Due to the popular demand and our successful races that we had held at SACC, we have decided to have our final round at SACC RC Track. For the final round, we would have Xpress+ORCA drivers Chan Chau Man and Eric Lam coming to our race to share our joy and ofcourse exchange car setup and driving techniques for all drivers. As this is the last round, we would not only have our regular lucky draw of RM2000 worth of vouchers, we would also have extra lucky draw items worth upto RM2000, making the total lucky draw items and vouchers value at RM4000. See you on Race Day!!!

The classes for the Xpress X ORCA Championship 2022 are:
13.5T Boosted Touring Class (Superstock 13.5T)
17.5T Spec ESC Blinky Touring Class (Stock 17.5T)
17.5T Spec ESC Blinky FWD Class (FWD Stock 17.5T)
The entry fees for the Spec ESC classes would be RM75/round, for boosted touring class would remain at RM100/round. As the Spec ESC classes would be subsidized by ORCA, hence the reduced entry fee, and to promote the ESC what has is already proven by ETS, Hong Kong RC scene and races in North America and Europe. It has proven that this is one of the most economical and competitive form of racing as all racers would be on the same ESC allowing for the most exciting race.

RACE CATEGORIES:
1. 13.5T Boosted Touring Class (SuperStock 13.5T)
2. 17.5T Spec ESC Blinky Touring Car Class (Stock 17.5T)
3. 17.5T Spec ESC FWD Class (FWD Stock 17.5T)
RACE FORMAT:
- 3 Heats (Fastest 2 Heats combined)
- 3 Finals for A-Mains, 2 Finals for all other Mains
Grid position for Finals will be based on best 2 out of 3 Heats.
Final Race result will be based on IFMAR rules.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TIRES THAT WILL BE USE FOR RACE WILL BE MARKEDWITH A NUMBER FOR EASY CHECKING AND REFERENCE FOR THE ORGANIZER. THE MARKED TIRES WOULD BE READY FOR SALE ON THE WEEK OF THE RACE. TIRES THAT DO NOTHAVE THE NUMBERED STICKERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED FOR RACE USE. PLSEASE MAKE SURE YOU PURCHASE THE TIRES FOR RACE SEPERATELY FROM THOSE THAT ARE FOR PRACTICE. THE TIRES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT ASIA RC SHOP IN 3 STONE PARK 7 DAYS BEFORE RACE DATE.
13.5T Boosted Touring Class (Superstock 13.5T)
Motor : 13.5 turn (open to all brands)
Motor timing : No Limit on Kv and Amp, only impedance would be check. 19Ω (+-5% tolerance is allowed. 18.05min) Motor MUST BE CHECK AS A WHOLE (No Stator only Checking)
Esc : Open (timing and turbo functions ALLOWED)
Tires/Rims/Inserts : Controlled Tires (Xpress Compeition 40X V3 with Asia RC sticker). 1 SET only (Heats and Finals).
Bodyshell : IFMAR Bodyshell Rules Applies
Min Weight : 1320gm (with transponder)
Batteries : HV Lipos are allowed but voltage is restricted to 8.44 volt only and will be checked by officials prior to Heats/Finals. Please ensure lipos are marked prior to each Heat/Final.
Drivers Skill Level : All drivers welcome
17.5T Spec ESC Blinky Touring Car Class (Stock 17.5T)
Motor : 17.5 turn (open to all brands)

ESC : ORCA BP1001 Only (Changing of capacitors are Allowed).

Motor : 17.5 turn (open to all brands - must be ROAR/IFMAR/EFRA/JMRCA/BCRA approved) Any attempt to modify or to influence the ability of the motor is not allowed (Ceramic bearing and rotor modification is NOT ALLOWED).
Motor timing : No Limit on Kv and Amp, only impedance would be check. 37Ω (+-5% tolerance is allowed. 35.15Min) Motor MUST BE CHECK AS A WHOLE (No Stator only Checking)
ESC : ORCA BP1001 ONLY (Changing of capacitors are Allowed).

(Racing fee includes race fee, lunch & drinks on Race-day ).
ENTRY FEES RECEIVED LATER THAN THE DUE DATE WOULD BE SUBJECTED TO EXTRA RM20 LATE CHARGE.
