Ah, That's clearer, I see it now - the center opening is a bit more oblong, looks like they managed an extra degree or two at each end...Either way, its too bad Tamiya hasn't made an adjustable piece like this.The fixed unit can work, but you need to "trial-and-error" to figure out which combination of 64p spur and pinion works for the various hole pairs.
