I'm running 17.5 1 cell, typical stock class on indoor medium/high grip black carpet. The recommended body of choice by my local track is the CRC low downforce black art body. I have tried 2 of them and find the quality is just not good. I got the ultralight versions, but they were so thin on the sides that when I painted them they curled up and are basically unusable. Who else makes a good low drag body? The CRC body has the correct aero, but horrible quality.
Try the regular weight version of whatever body you are running. The regular weight Black Art bodies are about the same weight as the popular Mon-Tech La Leggera bodies. The Lexan still sucks, but it's better than the ultra lite version. You can reinforce the flap behind the rear wheels with E-6000/Shoe Goo in the corners or make/find/have a buddy make simple 3D printed reinforcements.
