Meanwhile, when I'm sitting beside my models it displays in the 90's (no matter when or where I am). I cannot find anywhere in the NB4 literature or on the internet what this figure is and how to interpret it. I did realize during some testing yesterday to find answers that I don't loose control of the car as soon as I thought. I found I lost two-way communication at around 50 meters distance but I still had control of the model until at least 100 meters. (not clear how much more I could eek out of it during yesterdays tests since I ran out of room). The race receivers are supposed to be 200+ meters, but it's clear something is amiss as I don't hear any talk from people about loosing 2-way telemetry and getting the voice warnings at only 50 meters. Either way, all 3 of my RX's are coming up short by 1/3 of the spec with regards to telemetry - and although not measured yesterday I feel last time I used them they can't reach 1/2 the spec before loosing control. Again, can't be the RX's. There is no way 3 different RX's in 3 different cars in any environment I run them in could fail at the same time - something is up with the TX. I'm hesitant to tear open the TX and inspect, it's still basically brand new and I'd like to learn more by comparison to others before I start turning screws. I really need your help out there folks. Flysky and the vendor are both ignoring my request for support and/or possible warranty service. It's basically a $250 paperweight now, unless I can figure this out.
I know it sounds stupid, but have you contacted them on Facebook and/or posted about it in their NB4 Facebook group? DM me for the direct email of someone at FlySky.
