It's no secret that some people, myself included, had/have issues binding the Noble Pro to their MiniZ Evo receiver boards and it looks like a solution has been found:

-Update your radio to the latest available firmware, either FCC or Non FCC will work. As of now, the date on the build when checked via the radio menu will be Oct 2021.
-Setup your a new model and pick "Evo" protocol option.
-Update the Evo RX board via the RX menu setting. ONLY DO THIS IF THE BOARD WASN'T PREVIOUSLY UPDATED.
-Start the bind process ON THE BOARD ONLY BUT DON'T HIT THE BIND BUTTON ON THE RADIO. Leave the board in bind mode, you want to wait about 20 seconds before you actually attempt to bind. This is the fix and we aren't sure why.
-Find the RF Option within the menu settings and update the RF.
-Go back to the RX bind menu and at this point at least 20 seconds should have gone by. Now hit bind on the radio and the receiver light should blink steady and you're done. Others have reported that the light still blinks fast but after waiting about 10 seconds after hitting "bind" on the radio and backing out, the RX is bound.
