If you download the Tamiya TT-02D Type-S PDF manual from Tamiya, towards the end is a setup sheet (page 25). While I realize this isn't exactly what you are asking for, this setup sheet is fairly detailed and might be better than nothing. Addionally you can find a setup sheet for the Tamiya TT02 Type-SR in the manual (page 22). This kits comes with Tamiya Part# 54967 (https://www.tamiyausa.com/shop/optio...ble-sus-mount/) which allows much more adjustment for rear toe. Obviously the Type-S kits use different suspension components than the regular & R kits.

I'm sure if someone did an exhaustive internet search they might find a basic TT-02 or TT-02 R/RR setup sheet. However since Tamiya provides their manuals in PDF format it wouldn't be too difficult for someone to create their own custom setup sheet for personal use using an existing setup sheet.
