I've been w/ Futaba since 1985. -Seriously my first controller when I was like 15 was a Futaba. However I am really leaning towards the Sanwa M17 as an upgrade from my 4px.
Two huge reasons for me:
1) Price, the sanwa is $250 less than the 10px and about $100-$150 less than the 7px
2) Battery drain w/ Futaba is annoying and it is easy to convert M17 to wireless charging.

Price and battery are really what it comes down to for me. Otherwise both suit my needs just fine.
I can easily sell my futaba receivers to fund the price of new sanwa ones.
Had the 10px come w/ wireless and been $675ish in price I would jump on it.
