Well I have actually seen a couple of your videos on this truck and honestly your overall review with the Stars Ratings is why I want one.

However, the fact is none of us land perfectly every single time. None of us are professional racers and you yourself admitted in the review that you have broken several parts already. Nonetheless, it still seems like a very capable truck overall and at a good value as well.

But, some people have already bent the chassis and so the question has to be asked - why didn't they just go with 4mm on the chassis? Literally 1mm more material and Im sure it would be fine for basically everyone. Of course it did take a fair bit of force on the chassis for those people to bend it but the jumps weren't that high - under 20 feet in all cases, probably closer to 15 feet or so.

The problem seems to stem from the overall chassis shape. It gets incredibly narrow going from the main body out to each end where the diffs are mounted and of course in pretty much every case, the chassis bent in this "neck" area. Had it been a wider neck or a 4mm thick chassis, it probably wouldn't have happened.

​​​​​​All it takes is landing nose-first, even if the angle doesn't seem too severe, the front tires hit first, bottom out, and then the rest of the truck follows and slams down the rear end. This front-end bend then jams up the steering as the steering rack is now jammed up, bent at an angle.

I am sure I could get through on the stock chassis for a while considering I don't plan to bash it quite as hard as those who have bent it, but it would be nice if there was a 4mm 7075 chassis option available. I hope that Mitch with M2C Racing sees the growing popularity with this truck and develops a chassis for it. Because honestly with an M2C 4mm chassis on the truck would be pretty amazing and damn near the ultimate Monster Truggy basher.

As the main plate that everything is mounted to, a reinforced chassis inherently strengthens the entire truck. Being less prone to bending/flexing, the diff housings/bulkheads are less likely to flex, the driveshafts are less likely to flex, the shock towers are less likely to flex, and the tower-to-tower brace is less likely to snap off.

Im quite torn because Jason Deardon at Arrma recently commented as part of a post he made, saying that a new 4S lineup is scheduled to release this Summer. Also, people have been quite upset with the mistakes made in designing the EXB drivetrain, and so most Arrma fans are expecting a Kraton EXB V2 either sometime in 2022 or 2023.

So I'm honestly wondering if this truck would be a more suitable basher or if perhaps waiting for the new version of the EXB would be a better idea. Its honestly quite a tough choice between the two trucks.
