CARPET ONROAD RULES REMINDER

As Carpet Onroad Nationals approaches ROAR wants to remind racers that the minimum weight for Touring Car was changed in February 2021 to 1320 gms. Also, Lipo batteries with a nominal voltage of 3.7v or 3.8v per cell are legal but maximum charge voltage remains 4.20v per cell for all batteries.
As announced earlier, the VTA and USGT exhibition classes will use rules from
U.S. Vintage Trans-Am R/C Racing Series for consistency with other major races. Also, for consistency with these other major races we will not enforce the minimum body weight rule found in those rules nor will we enforce the requirement for a driver figure in VTA.
No mention of a deviation of the Spec Ride / Gravity tires (RIE24025).
