I already told you... I don't negotiate anything, anymore. It's a tiresome game and 90% of people suck at it. I just put what I want, and that's that. I put the asking price at a very enticing amount. Buyers can decide if they want to pull the trigger on it or move on. It keeps things simple and removes all aggravation from dealing with people - kinda like yourself
