Bro, $5.00 is $5.00 is $5.00. Let's not play the percentage game. If you want something that's $500 and feel the need to negotiate $5.00 off, move on. If it's a $20.00 item and feel to negotiate $5.00, move on. While it may be "significant" from a percentage point of view on a lower priced item, that seller is already eating a loss on it, plus shipping, plus PP fees, plus packing materials, plus fuel expenses and their time to go to the post office to ship out your $20.00 (now $15.00) item. It's ridiculous to make offers like that... it's only $20.00.
