I have this FS-IT4 radio that I have been keeping stashed away. It was pulled out two days ago to be used on VRC to see how it would work. I really like the touchscreen features, the weight and the overall performance upgrade it gives me over the Spectrum DX3 v.1. My only nick that I can report tonight is the steering wheel stops. The wheel goes right and left, but it now has a broken part or something slightly jamming the end of the physical motion of the wheel. If I can explain in a different way. The steering wheel turns, and it feels like there is a bump stop before the bump stop. I was wondering if this was common for these radios. I want to know if the transmitter is so delicate, I should watch for more damage. Is it something that just needs a breaking in period? This triggered an alarm to watch for cheaper equipment. Although the FS-it4 was outperforming the DX3 at the time, the durability of the steering mechanism may be in doubt.
