And some more building notes here for people who are new to the platform.
  • You will see a pair of shims left when building differential. Those shims are used for removing play in front hex axle. Be carefull when installing it. The shim fits right in the gap between the bearing and the extra axle lenght. Screw in carefuly making sure that the shim doesn't move.
  • Similar situation happens with steering rack shims. Those shims fits right in the gap, make sure they do not move when screwing in. If those shims are not correctly placed, steering rack will have too much play.
