This is correct. Pins 1-6 are in order of increasing voltage. Ie:
pin 1 = 0V (or negative)
Pin 2 = +1s vs pin 1,
Pin 3 = +1s vs pin 2,
Pin 4 = +1s vs pin 3
Etc
Obviously, for a 2s pack you only use 3 pins.
