Outside of a few ROAR run events all rules are at the discretion of the club. Not many location enforce the 1C charging or even charging bags. I would be really surprised if any clubs enforce the aluminum / titanium screw vs Steel. In the US most tracks follow the USVTA rules (not the ROAR VTA rules), yet body figures aren't consistently enforced and some allow HPI tires. Some clubs are more lax when it comes to bodies, in regards to weight, number decals and paint jobs as well. I would be really interested in what rules this club enforces and what they allow to slide. As an outsider looking in, it really seems like a club official got a bug up their butt about Trinity.
