So I've got the 911 Carrera RSR 251mm body. I'm wanting to do a drift build but want to keep it kind of like a real 911 with the motor in the back. Was looking at the DT02 but looks to be far too much to convert.
What other RWD rear motor mounted chassis did Tamiya have? Want to steer clear of the M-chassis as I would like to be able to swap wheels between this chassis and the TT02s. Also I feel like front steering angles would be better without the front diff area left from converting a TT to RWD.
TA03R, don't run anything in the front gearbox and remove the belt. Technically mid motor, but I think it's the closest thing you'll find to a rear motor Tamiya TC. You can use the rerelease TA03RS Porsche 911 GT1 and find the longer TA03R chassis if you want new.
