As for the balance cable, it always connects directly to the battery from the icharger. It doesn't go through the resistor load as the charger manages where the current is applied. As for your diagram, on a duo, the resistor load is connected to the charger on one of the charge ports. The battery is connected to the charger on the other charge port. Settings are changed to run the current through the charger to the resistor bank.

The X and S series chargers use a different wiring setup for the discharge bank.

Hello, first of all I want to thank you for the answers and information you are giving me but honestly I did not understand the last piece of advice. In practice i need a diagram of how to connect my icharger 406 duo with the battery to be discharged and with the resistor. From what you told me in the last message i should attach the battery to port 1 of the icharger as if i wanted to charge and balance it normally, then i should attach the resistor to port two, only the positive and negative, right? This is why i tried to draw a scheme in order to understand how to attach everything because currently i can't find anywhere a drawing that helps me to make the attacks ....
