The tires need to be glued and are brand new . I did not glue then so you can mount them to whatever wheel you will use, Rpm 17mm hex standard offset 3.2 wheels or 17mm hex axial wicked retro wheels . All come together in bundle asking $95 shipped usa PayPal only
