I'm not a racer, so my knowledge is maybe not 100% correct.
Here in Germany we have the Tamiya Euro Cup. According to the 2019/2020 reglement Its stock class is box TT-02 chassis with minimal upgrades, only CVA dampers, ball bearings, front CVD and low friction suspension balls and low friction screws are allowed. They are running Tamiya bodies, Tamiya tires, Tamiya ESC, hand out motors, and even NiMH batteries. Only 70t spur gears and max. 23 t pinion can be used.
Other classes as Top stock ("all-in" TT-01 and 02") or Euro TW (all Tamiya TC chassis but no TRF ones) are also run.
