OK then that means the lipo cutoff for the Hobbywing 1060 ESC is too low then...right because it goes to half throttle at 6.5v and cutoff at 6.0v. Unless I'm understanding it wrong technically the car can still be driven until cutoff with the Hobbywing which is too low also. What ESC do the people use when racing in a Tamiya TCS novice class?? All of Tamiya's esc's have a cutoff set for LIFE battery Which have a lower cutoff. I would leave it and just keep in mind of the cutoff. I have ran lipos on my TBL02S ( Which is the same esc pretty much with a different form factor.
Either keep in mind how long you are running, or get an alarm.
