Just posted a speed test with my GoPro Hero5 mounted to my buggy. I enabled GPS to track my speed. Looks like I topped out at 34 MPH with the 80mm tires and a 2S LiPo. I have a 3S Maxamps on the way. We'll see how that one works out.
