The Rapide P12 Evo is very quick in 17.5 1/12--- we've had some really good races with that car. We liked running with the bell crank especially on 17.5 with spec tires. The kit is the 2020 ROAR National Champ in 17.5 1/12 at the hands of Joe Trandell.
The key was playing with the shim height at the center bell crank. +3 to +4mm of shim along with the optional longer ball stud (#330179) are key to controlling the car on corner exit. Higher causes the car to continue turning on exit. Lower causes the car to push more on exit.
