Unlikely they use a new molding for the R. It's the standard chassis with another material.
That's the last iteration before a TB06 starts and the costs for a new mold are really high.
I guess they use a harder material than the standard chassis, maybe harder than the graphite reinforced one.
Something similar they did with the old TRF419X/TA07 A-arms. There are soft, medium and hard ones available.
