Thanks for the quick response, I bought a couple of new ones from local hobby shop in Sweden, part number is TKR6522B which seem to be an update with the B at the end. I do have the original kit not the .2 Label on bag states (Revised Material) Is there two updates on material or just the B version?
To make it clear, gear is not stripped like when motor is out of place, teeth are in mint condition except for a couple that are missing with a few good ones between.

Hmm.. they way you're describing the teeth stripping is how the previous material would strip. TKR6522B is the latest material and shouldn't do what you're describing.
If it's possible, can you measure the outer diameter of your spurs with calipers? The 2 different materials shrink different amounts and the latest ones are smaller. If you don't have calipers you can try laying them on top of each other to see if any are different in size.
