No bumper can extend from under the body. Kydex with foam on top also works You just shoe goo the foam to the kydex and shape it to fit.
My Kydex bumper does not extend from under the body. The bumper is cut to the inside radius of splitter on a BayBee body. The body/ splitter lays on to of the bumper. I'll post a picture when I reach the magic number of post.
