so i downloaded a trial version of parallels. it's a bit clunky, but it worked for what i wanted which was to download/open/use the software for this servo. for that, it worked like a charm. enabled SSR on the servo and increased the PWN to 95%. as for the soft start, it doesn't seem to work as i thought it would. when i power the esc on with the wheels turned, nothing happens. when i give it steering input, it then slowly goes to center then operates as normal.
