Try a Hudy, all Hudy horns are 7075-T6. Expensive but that's why.
Most if not all other brands use 6061 and it's a significant strength difference, not sure about the Tekno one though.
Thanks for the suggestion! Fortunately TEKNO has a 50% lifetime warranty, but if I continue to strip their servo arms then I will seriously consider upgrading to HUDY for sure!
