cycle them thre of four times each, make sure you equalise them well between cycles and don't cycle each pack more than once a day.
If they come back then great, if not then it curtains.
I have heard of this happening a few times to some people. No real reason for it they just decide to give up. I have not had it happen to me yet but I will be watching for it.
