good to hear. run 10-12-5 in the diffs .. i tried 10-10-5 and as you said the short runups i couldnt make so i put 10-12-5 and had no issues with making jumps. 12-12-5 0r 12-14-5 work great in high bite.. the truggy has so much steering you can run higher diff fluids and not lose mush steering.
