Still can go up in a ball of fire if not using them safely and according to the manufacturer.

Silicon Graphene Lipos are often times high voltage LIHV.

If you mistreat them they will burn just like any other lipo.

I have had nicads and nimh batteries burn up as well but lipos keep going and going..

The risk is running a lipo that is not a hard case in situations when it clearly needs a hard case.
