This is a weird one for sure and I don't have and great ideas but go with the basics, plug in only the bind plug and the esc, no servos and see what happens. Do you know how much voltage the esc's are sending to the receiver?

Out of curiosity how much did you buy the new SR3100 for and where from? I only ask because Spektrum stop making them back in 2015.
