Protoform Europa M or Bittydesign HC-M would be my initial recommendations. If your rules are completely open for tyres, does that mean both 55mm and 60mm diameter tyres are fine? Do you have fixed gearing rules? Most of my tyre recommendations would be for 55mm tyres as that's what we're required to use where I race, but 60's will give you higher top speed with fixed gearing rules.
I can use any tire entire combination. if premount that's fine, if I need to glue, let me know what inserts, wheels and tires to get. Top speed isnt a huge thing for awhile.
