I'm not sure if the WL Toys 14401 is the same as the LC Racing vehicles or if they have some differences but the LC Racing cars are very durable and you can usually get the parts from local distributors.
Arrma likes to name a vehicle based on it's body and then have different versions of that body with different electronics. You can get a brushed (Mega) Granite or a BLX 3S Granite. You can get a 4S Kraton or a 6S or an 8S Kraton. Hopefully that helps.
