A question about back plates.

one of mine on a plus 21-4 Has a broken tab. Part number 13016 - is there a more modern replacement for this or must I use the *exact* one?

also, does anyone know if this oring kit https://www.amainhobbies.com/novaros...nvr11022/p2102

comes with 14002 (crankcase to carb, 15x1.5mm)
