+1 on using a parallel board, if you hook all the packs into the parallel board and use that in your scooter, then you can hook up a single LVA into the parallel board, otherwise you would need a separate LVA for each individual pack as you can't guarantee which cell may dump on you without hooking up the balance leads in parallel
