I'd be willing to invest some time/money into track materials. I could put together a portable RallyX style course to be set up in gravel parking lots, clay baseball diamonds or whatever for a few hundred bucks. If there were enough interested in the state we could make a 2-3 round series in different locations. I'd be down to drive a few hours to race these things.
