Reason they didnt include the C-hub in the kit is because its not suited for all surfaces where as the Pivot ball will be fast just about anywhere. There are just a few cases where the c hub will be better in my opinion.
I didnt use the online ordering system I called them to order mine. If you call before 2pm eastern time it gets shipped the same day. When it is shipped you get an automatic email from their shipping department telling you it was shipped and giving you a tracking number. I must say its one of the best I have had.
