Here is a copy of the setup that I am currently using. Buggy is very easy to drive on turf and neutral in the corners. I did try 60K fluid in the center diff but I felt like it reduced my overall available steering and I was a little slower around the track with the change. I think that 35K or 40K might be the absolute max I would be willing to run but more experimentation is needed.
