No gimbled rear pod. Instead there are two long legs on the chassis plate that supports the rear pod. There are two stiffeners on the top that just screws in at the front, then it looks like you screw grub screws in one of the many holes on top to adjust the spring rate. Not sure how the damping is handled. Looks very interesting, I haven't run 1/12 scale in over 5 years, maybe it's time to start up again!

EDIT: Top plate is not a stifferner, it's purely there to set spring rate and ride height. Put in a grub screw towards the front and it's a low spring rate, move it back to stiffen it up. And also use grub screw to set ride height. Pretty cool.
