My SC430 rear tires keep rubbing in sharp turns on the larger track.

Do I really need to shave down my tires?
Should I run the radials I accidentally bought?
Radial vs Slicks on RCP?
Radials are usually better on the rear than slicks on the smooth side of RCP. I use Kyosho 20 radials.

I’ve never run the SC430, but I would not shave the radials because you’ll loose rear traction. You might be able to dremel the inside of the body to prevent rubbing or adjust the placement of the side clips so the rear of the body sits a little higher and doesn’t rub.

If you could post some pictures, that might help us troubleshoot.
