when I asked about where to start, was given the FDR of about 7.5 for 2wd buggy as a starting point. Measured timing via a SkyRC analyzer I have been liking about 41 degrees of timing for a short - medium sided track. My motors with a fan come off about 110 degrees and on these tracks where torque is king still able to hang reasonably well with some of the newer motors like the Trinity X-Factor and R1 V21 and that always torquey Surpass V4 motor. Tekin still rev's very nice though.

Assuming that new Gen4 in the works will be a torque monster since that appears to be where motors have been going if Nick Adams videos are accurate. Stronger and Stronger rotors.
