Since you are only having centering issues with your 1/10 stuff, I would check your ball ends... I have found that the threads on my ball ends would start to strip after too many hard wall taps and then I'd lose center... I verified this by checking the distance between the ball links with a caliper, then the next time I lost center (typically after a wall tap) I was able to confirm the problem was stripped threads on the ball links.... installed a fresh set of ball links and centering issue went away
