I have the 6.6 readyset and my buggy goes straight from forward to reverse with seemingly no brakes in between. Is something set up wrong or is this just how the esc operates? I moved the jumper so I have reverse because I'm still learning and definitely need it. Lol Would I have to connect all 3 prongs to get brakes in this setup? I'm kind of at a loss on this because I can't find any info that specifically addresses this anywhere.
I don't have that ESC in mine but my ESC will do that if I'm in a certain drive mode. Check you ESC directions (I know men don't read instructions). I use a drive mode where there is a delay between the brake and going into reverse. so after going forward the ESC first goes to brake then a pause at neutral then it goes to reverse. While racing events don't allow reverse, I always seemed to crash in practice at the furthest corners of the track so having a functioning reverse saved me many long walks .
