I saw some prototypes parts on T4 19 and Xray try to lower shocks more down, so they move mounting point on arm lower. It is not in middle. They have new lower shock tower too. This cause that the arms are no symmetrical anymore.
I believe there was a company, maybe Ruddog. That was making the lower position shock mounts, for the 19.
